Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Written or email requests for registration refunds and cancellation  must be received before (not postmarked) on or before June 10 2007. Address email to thawkins@zetaphibetasororityhq.org or mail to: 2007 ZOL Summer Program, 1734 New Hampshire Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20009 or via Fax at 202-387-4593. It is incumbent for you to ensure that national that national office receives your refund and cancellation request. You are encouraged to call 202-387-3103 to ensure confirmation of  the receipt of your letter, fax or email.

As this is an individual registration, it is not transferable from one person to another anytime. Likewise, no substitutes will be allowed to take your place should you not be able to attend. Registration fees will not be refunded after the start of the program. Refund will not be given to NO Shows.

A $100 administrative fee will be deducted from all requests regardless of when it was received. Refunds will be processed 6-8 weeks after certification training. This policy will be strictly adhered to and not altered for any reason for anyone regardless of circumstance - please do not ask us to do so
